Then we might be looking for you. We are looking for a new Operations specialist to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey . You will be reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for providing support to the global network, interacting with overseas offices to ensure accurate and prompt service for our customers.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in international Freight Forwarding operations.
· Solid knowledge of operations for international sea shipping, incoterms.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Fluent in English, written and spoken
· IT proficiency, use of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
