QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Company
Our company is the hospitality branch of a global group, specialized in premium services management and present in 20 countries.
Position
Under the supervision of Operations Manager, the Operations Senior Specialist will join the Operations team in a fast growth and international environment in order to support our services development in every continent. Also this role is considered as a talent pool for upcoming expatriate positions.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects and project openings align with company procedures.
- Monitor, research, and analyze the business environment. Provide recommendations based on key business drivers and sector developments.
- Communicate with industry partners, subcontractors, service providers in order to follow up cost optimization and come up with suggestions.
- Attend internal workshops to increase intercompany communications.
- Prepare documentations such as operational checklists, staffing plans, operational manuals.

- Bachelors degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to establish and meet deadlines
- Ability to work closely with various colleagues across the organization and a good team player
- Highly motivated mindset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Open for travelling abroad
- Military service completed for male candidates
