QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or Foreign Trade
- Fluency in English
- Experience in SAP logistics modules are preferred
- Process knowledge related to Foreign Logistics and Foreign Trade are preferred
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point) knowledge
- Teamwork oriented
- Strong analytical thinking, solution and result oriented, excellent communication skills
- Eager to learn, capable to work under stress
- Booking of the vehicle orders in Order Management Systems
- Allocation of the vehicle orders in accordance with dealer sales targets
- Monitoring of the delays in production caused by the reason of supply bottlenecks in the production processes and informing of the Sales Planning and Product Management teams
- Supporting the dealers for the technical and systemic problems during the production and the logistics processes
- Monitoring of all the processes from the production to the importation phase
- Supporting of all the possible projects related to Logistics and Order Management processes
- Ensuring information flow between Production, Sales Planning and Product Management teams
