QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for Senior Organizational Development Specialist who took part in the processes of establishing "Kastaş Academy" within the company and experienced assessment center applications.
- Identifying training and development needs
- Preparing annual training program and planning and organizing training activities
- Determining the methods and resources of the trainings
- Designing and creating training and development sources (classroom training, webinar, on-the-job training, digital training, etc.)
- Developing and implementing measurement tools
- Taking active role in Talent Transformation studies
- Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Being an up-to-date follower of the new trends and tools in employee development
- Providing career and development support for employees development planning
- Developing and implementing joint education programs with high schools and universities
REQUIRED SKILLS
- University degree in related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development activities, preferably in production (analysis of training needs, designing and developing training and development programs, measurement of training)
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills
- Having strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
