MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility. Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition we have designed our organisation to deliver successfully and on-time demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 200 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.


We are looking for a HR & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CHIEF with the qualifications below;

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • BS/MS degree from reputable universities,
  • Min. 7 years experience in Human Resources functions (personnal affairs, recruitment with competency based interviews techniques, orientation and entegration, performance management, career management, training and development management, compensation and benefits management)
  • Coaching skill is a plus
  • Advanced level of English both verbal and written (interviews will be held in English)
  • Good knowledge of MS office programs (especially MS Excel and Power Point),
  • Strong interpersonel communication skills
  • To be a good team player
  • Able to work multi-task
  • Have an analytical approach


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • To work coordinately with the department manager to day-to-day operational functions of the HR Team
  • To take an active role in the development of HR policies and processes and in the effective execution of performance evaluation, career planning and remuneration processes
  • Be included to the employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • To support digitalization of HR to conduct with ERP
  • To create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals
  • To ensure legal compliance throughout HR
  • To develop methods of monitoring and measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals
  • To carry out the final check of the prepared payrolls (payroll is planned to manage by HR)
