We develop innovations that change the World of textile inside out.

For our developing organization, we are looking for an Human Resources Manager, who will report to the HR Director.

Our successful candidate will:

Work with managers and employees to understand the business needs,

Implement people strategies and solutions that support business objectives,

Execute recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, organizational change and development processes for his/her account,

Lead HR initiatives that benefit the business through increased employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity,

Take active role in internal/external communication and employer branding processes.

Our ideal candidate is expected to have following qualifications:

Experience in the apparel & fashion industry as an HR Manager is a must,

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related field,

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills,

Minimum 10 years of experience particularly in recruitment, organizational development and talent management,

Fluency in both written and spoken English,

Proficiency in MS Office applications with solid knowledge of excel,

Coaching and/or mentoring experience is a plus
