LM Wind Power Bergama (İzmir) Plant established in 2017 and as of today operating with 850 Operators and Office Employees / Engineers at Bergama Organize Sanayi Bölgesi.
We are looking for a team member as “HR Business Partner''. As HR Business Partner supporting the LM Wind Power Bergama Plant, you will be the first point of contact for people leaders and their employees. Supporting the People Leaders, you will partner with them to define and implement people solutions and processes to effectively utilize resources and improve organizational capabilities. You will coach and upskill Plant People Leaders helping them to build employee engagement as well as retention and resolve employee concerns rapidly. You will support the functional Managers develop and grow their employees and where necessary manage performance, absence, and conduct concerns.
LM Wind Power Plant located in Bergama Industrial Zone and employee transportation is limited with Karsiyaka, Aliaga, Bergama and Dikili districts


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level and report to Plant Human Resources Manager
  • Subject matter expert who applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
  • Manage projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
  • Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice, analyzing data trends
  • Support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees. Also directly responsible with the whole hiring process of leading roles in his/her functional departments distributed by organization
  • Conduct onboarding reviews on the second and sixth month of the new hired employees in his/her area with the respective first line managers
  • Facilitate, coordinate and follow up the trainings of employees with in his/her responsibility area
  • Facilitate delivery of employee development needs
  • Conduct reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined Performance Management process
  • Involve and coordinate exit interviews and processes
  • Coordinate rewards and recognition in the related areas
  • Coordinate and follow up Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) Plan Action processes
  • Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation
  • Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/regulations
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships department managers
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • HR Business Partnership / HR Generalist experience in a Manufacturing Site is essential
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc.
