As our growth continues, we are looking for a "HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST/SENIOR SPECIALIST" for our tobacco packaging plant "MM Graphia İzmir Karton San. ve Tic. A.Ş." located in Tire Industrial Zone/İZMİR.

Job Summary
This role covers all elements of Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Company Climate Surveys, Trainings & Development Programs, HR Branding and Social Media Accounts Management. Also acts as a HR Generalist and be a partner of performance management, talent acquisition functions and HR projects.

· Analyze development needs, design and organize development programs and measure efficiency,

· Implement HR Branding activities,

· Execute activities to understand the company climate, pulse and expectations of the employee,

· Coordinate activities to improve employee experience,

· Coordinate the work of the social clubs, well-being, social responsibility projects,

· Ensure the update of company career social media accounts

Key Qualifications

· University degree from Administrative / Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering,

· Min 2 years of experience in training & development and/or employer branding processes,

· Very good command of both written and spoken English,

· Proficiency in MS Office applications,

· Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,

· Having strong analytical thinking and curiosity to learn
