QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate from related departments,
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in core Human Resources areas especially Training & Development and Hiring,
- Fluency in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Strong planning & organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Strong communication, prioritizing and reporting skills,
- Result oriented,
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carry out Training & Development process for blue collar and white collar roles,
- Carry out Recruitment process for blue collar and white collar roles,
- Carry out orientation process for new comers,
- Coordinate the projects for employee engagement and communication,
- Performing accurate and timely reporting of Human Resources training and hiring metrics,
- Being admin user and support other users for performance management tool,
- Follow up performance management system, talent management & development system, company suggestion & rewarding system.
