QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
TELUS International is looking fora Recruitment Team Leader to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Izmir, Turkey!
The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team, dedicated to find the best talent and staff the requirements of our company partners with the end-to-end recruitment activity, and working towards the agreed company KPIs.
As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead by example and drive the performance of the Recruitment team to attract, select and recruit the highest quality candidates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Implement recruitment policies to support company targets
- Develop and maintain candidate databases and collaborate with local headhunter companies
- Prepare Recruiting related reports
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to a motivated team of recruiters
- Lead onboarding process for new joiners and act as a point of contact for all recruitment process
Our Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English language
- Minimum 2 years of prior relevant people management experience in Talent Acquisition
- BPO experience will be considered an advantage
- Experience in MS Office
