HR Organizational Development Specialist (Project Based)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master degree from a reputable university preferably Engineering faculty or Business Administration
· 0-3 years of experience,
· Fluency in English,
· Analytical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy of data,
· Self-organizing capacity
· Ability to multi-task
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and other digital systems.
Responsibilities:
· Define and prepare the job descriptions and functions and update the related documents accordingly,
· Identify organizational development needs proactively,
· Take part in projects regarding organizational development.
· Manage document publishing processes.
