QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
New Century Tourism is a trademark of Turqouise Travel Agency that has been founded in 2016 as a subsidiary to New Horizons Construction with the purpose of meeting the corporate demands of our group companies to full extent.
We are looking for a customer oriented, highly motivated, energetic, team members with the experience, knowledge and abilities to demonstrate the tasks listed below;
- At least 2 years of experience in the purchase/sale of hotel accommodation, pick up/drop off transfer and transportation services,
- Fluent in verbal and written English, additional foreign language is a plus,
- Manage VIP clients to ensure they receive excellent customer service at all times,
- Ability to use online booking systems actively,
- Maintain reservation, cancellation and change operations in the booking systems, hotels, transportation and transfer services,
- Complete associated tasks, paperwork and/or computer entries related to booking and reservations,
- Inform Accounting Department for making reservation payments on a timely manner,
- Monitor payment, commission and invoice transactions,
- Maintain tasks with accuracy and punctuality,
- Ability to work in a multitasking, fast paced environment.
