QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a “Part Development Engineer” who has strong communication, presentation, reporting, organization and team working skills and pays excellent attention to details with critical eyes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering departments (preferably Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgy)
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English
• Has experience 2-3 years in Automotive Industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Residing or able to reside in Kocaeli preferably İzmit
• No restrictions for travelling in Turkey & Abroad
• Has experience to check related supplier process and parts quality
Job Description
• Follow up new project according to new vehicle timing plan
• EO (engineering order) management
• New project's master list preparation
• Cost management
• Supplier 4M management (Man,Machine,Method,Material)
• Supplier improvement activities (Audit,Training etc...)
• Part quality improvement
