We are looking for a ‘Partner Onboarding & Enablement Manager’’ for a Digital Financial Services company in Istanbul plant.
- 2-5 years of Partner Onboarding and Enablement or related experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent writing, verbal, and leadership skills.
- Experience on partner onboarding projects, partner relationships management and 3.party management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Willingness to travel
- CryptoCurrency, BlockChain and Financial Services knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate in highly visible situations with autonomy
- Bring thought leadership and strategic thinking to partner onboarding enablement and business acceleration around our Ofinans services
- Managing new or existing partner onboarding, enablement and improvement process with team members.
- Conceptualize and execute projects to improve our on boarding and support experience
- Responsible from all training process for partners
