QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a ‘Operation Manager’’ for a Digital Financial Services company in Istanbul plant.
- 5-10 years of managing partner daily operations or related experience.
- Confirmed experience in a similar position in financial services sector, payment services or related environment.
- Excellent writing, verbal, and leadership skills.
- Experience on partner onboarding projects, Daily operations, partner relationships management and 3.party management
- Working on global scale
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Willingness to travel
- CryptoCurrency, BlockChain and Financial Services knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- You manage and lead the Ofinans services operation teams to meet the business objectives
- Analyse the field data and to prepare and submit the operational as well as the productivity reports which will be contributing to the business results
- Having experience in planning, numerical analysis, and process improvement
- Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members, challenges and inspires them to achieve results,
- Works with other functional teams and departments to ensure all functional activity meets the requirements & the needs of the operations
- Working on global scale
- Reporting to COO
