We are looking for International Patient Coordinators/Translators who are passionate about the medical tourism industry.The translator works in the hospitals, organizes the hospital and assists patients during consultation.
Reporting to the Director, you will take on the challenge of managing international patients.
Requirements
· Advanced level of English
· Great communication skills
· Advanced negotiation skills
· Very good organizational skills
· Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
· Able to communicate easily with the patients
· Energetic and passionate
· Maintain good dialogue with patients, while they are in Turkey and after they return home.
· Ability to give weekly / monthly reports to management about patients
Field mission:
Our Patient Coordinators/Translators are customer advocates, always informing and explaining about the desired treatments in the hospital. The specialist shapes the medical experience, organizes the hospital and assists patients during consultation.
Job Description:
- The candidate will be working at the hotel and office for international patients.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Reporting back to the managers to perfect the service
