QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


  • Maintaining Payroll & Personnel data on time
  • Preparation of personnel files and archiving
  • Conducting all processes about entry and leaving actions according to 4857 Labor Law
  • Ensuring all legal obligations completed on time and correctly
  • Reporting to both internal customers and external parties such as SGK, Ministry of Labor, Execution Offices and İŞKUR.
  • Actively participating global HR projects
  • Developing customer oriented and user friendly solutions



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other relevant departments
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Proficiency with MS Office especially on Excel
  • Proficiency with SAP HR PA & PY modules
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and self-directed personality who can take initiative when necessary
  • Strong knowledge of Social Security and Labor Law, payroll legislation and procedures
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in Human Resources
