Head of Marketing

This is a 100 % remote (home office) job opportunity for a pure DIGITAL BUSINESS

Job Description:

Building and overseeing the company’s digital marketing strategy, road map and tools (new user acquisition, paid search, paid ads, retargeting etc.)
Designing lead generation and growth focused campaigns and strategies
Setting KPIs to use digital marketing as an effective way of lead generation and growth in revenue generation and brand awareness
Using social media channels in a cost effectively and ROI based strategy
Driving the company’s overall SEO/SEM strategy and product management initiatives
Driving and optimizing the email marketing activities
Managing the whole content strategy and ensuring its sustainable performance
Analyzing and measuring the reports, interpreting the data and assess the performance of all campaigns
Testing and optimizing all campaigns, digital marketing efforts and ads in a continuous manner to ensure that maximum output is reached

Requirements:

At least 7-8 years of solid proven experience especially in growth marketing(digital marketing agency experience is a plus.)
HubSpot or a relevant CRM knowledge is a must
An in-depth knowledge and expertise in lead generation, growth strategies, marketing campaigns management, SEO, SEM, paid search, social media and product management
Start-up experience is highly preferred
Analytical minded, result oriented, creative, self-motivated, proactive and problem solver
Highly capable of both leading and working together in cross functional teams in a dynamic, remote and fast-paced work atmosphere
Positive, energetic and harmonious personality
Open for moving to Amsterdam after the first year
