GENEL NİTELİKLER
Skills:
- BS in engineering (Preferably indsutrial engineering),
- 5 years road freight Logistics experience in operations, planning, 3PL management,
- Knowledge of legal and / of regulatory frame for road freight Logistics
- Good command of Excel (pivot table, vlookup, goal seek also data table for sensibility analysis)
- Advanced in English, can speak fluent can read and analyze documents
- Have analytical perspective, enjoy analyzing and solving complex problems with analytical methods (familiar with milk run, travelling salesman methods)
- Strong communication skills, good at team work, do the job with full attention, desire to learn and grow
- Ability to decide in situations, have strong sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of export operations is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Make, manage and optimize the route plan Daily,
- Analyz feasibilitiesy of LNG supply plan monthly, quarterly and annually. Negotiat for contracts with suppliers, implement commitments of the contracts
- Report KPI’s of logistics and supply operations, analyze the outputs and improve the performance continously
- Update resource plan continously for fleet’s truck requirements acoording to demand, negotiate with 3PL for adding/ejecting trucks to the fleet
- Arrang data and document flows between regional offices, sales and finance teams
- Compliance of the operations and the 3PL contracts
- Data inputs in SAP for Logistics and gas supply, lead the improvment of SAP projects as a key account user
- Revise the quality documents of the department when needed
- Prepare yearly budget of departmentandmake sure financials stay in budget constraints
- Coordinate export operations
