GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• High level of Technical English (written and verbal)
• Min. 3 years of Planning expenrience in International company (ROBEX or similar)
• Good level of technical understanding
• Advance level of Office programs, especially in Excel
• Working independently with remote task assignment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical capability
• No travel restrictions (20-30 days yearly)

Tasks

• Ensure that Robex templates are updated
• Daily support to Team Leaders and Projects Managers.
• Coordinating an aligning with production planning team
• Simulate workload scenarios according to front log expectations, evaluation of internal/external resources needed
• Update and Tracking of internal projects (GEOP, 45, other internal) to reflect the actual workload
• Matching and following up on actual time consumption in Lessor and planned task in Robex (ICU time estimates)
• Reporting progress and workload mediation
• Giving support to Engineering group for administration tasks
• Running related reports from ERP system, analysing and presenting
