REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Business administration, Industrial Engineering is plus
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Good communication skills to be an active member of a multi-disciplinary and international team.
• Negotiation & Analytical skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support sourcing process of Indirect materials & services
• Obtain the best price, negotiate offers with the highest potential for savings/ cost avoidance
• Identify and implement potential saving initiatives in close cooperation with Strategic Sourcing Team
• Support Category Leader within the Category Group on sourcing activity documentation, approval in SCM systems and auditing of PO related to compliance with Aptiv Policy & Procedures
• Create, issue and maintain frame contracts with the supplier base according Purchasing policies and procedures.
• Creation /update spot orders and obtain required approval. Creation vendors and support with clarifying issues regarding prices and invoices for Technical Center Krakow
• Standard Price Control / Price variance analysis
• Daily job in SAP system and Aptiv internal tool
• Localization activities
