We are looking for Purchasing Specialist for Yazaki Turkey Indirect Purchasing Team.

What You’ll Do

• Overall compliance according to all assigned Roles & Responsibilities in line with Indirect Material Purchasing standards and procedures
• Compliance & contribution to Indirect Material Purchasing objectives in-line with defined objectives set for the respective Business Year
• Contribute to Business Plan Cost Reduction targets according to defined objectives & KPIs in the respective Business Year
• Define & prioritize key projects to meet objectives, create respective action plans and drive execution by leading projects and cross-functional teams
• Monitor and report progress/achievement on a regular basis
• Execution and documentation of price and contract negotiations, benchmarks in the frame of sourcing process for assigned category (-ies)
• Continous monitoring of market trends & standards
• Analyzing spend data on assigned category(-ies)
• Maintain terms & conditions (such as prices, Incoterms, payment terms, etc.) in respective systems

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in Indirect Purchasing, preferably in manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English, with an international mind set
• Knowledge of procurement ERP systems, SAP preferred
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, analytical thinking, result oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
• Have an ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
