QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university (technical background preferred)
• Further education on procurement/supply chain management preferred
• Minimum 2 years of work experience (Supply-Chain, procurement field preferred
• Familiarity with the technical drawings (reading and understanding)
• Excellent communication skills
• Working Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Sealing products (O-rings , Extrusion profiles , Moulded parts etc. ) preferred

• Analytical thinking
• Self-driven & reliable
• Ability to assert oneself, Persuasive
• Proactive personality
• Fluent English skills (writing, speaking, reading)
• Fluent "German" skills (writing, speaking, reading)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Main tasks Responsible for quotation management, interface to A+P Sales Team (Europe) and Supplier Platform (obtaining price and conditions, quotation comparison, follow-up, track and trace due dates, reminders)
  
• Creates the New Article (product) with the received quotation and technical information (Technical and commercial data entry to ERP)
  
• Supports the Group Quotation and Sourcing Leader in the daily business with activities such as new supplier search, negotiations and complex projects or quotations
  
• Provides service excellence to the Angst + Pfister Sales Teams (Fulfilling the agreed service level)
  
• Lives the Supply Chain Management Guidelines received from Group Quotation Sourcing Leader
  
• Quotation Management, Article Creation, Supporting the team members in their daily tasks
  
• Group Quotation and Sourcing Team, Sales Team, A+P Supplier platform, Operational Group Procurement Team, GLC, Quality department
