GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Master’s Degree is take into account as an advantage,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• 4 years and above of experience in plastics injection molding industry,
• PC literature and at ease with MS Office and Google products,
• Knowledge of 3D modeling (preferably creo user),
• Strong self-motivated.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Following all defined technical contract conditions related injection tools/molds for plastics molded parts,
• Communicating process and critical issues to the Principal Engineer and when necessary chief Engineer,
• Interpreting Product Maturity Technical Definitions on new models DFM models,
• Following 2D and 3D supplied part and tools manufacturing data pack in Plastics Injection Machines,
• Determining the areas open to deficiency and improvement by making benchmark comparisons for Plastics Injection Molding Tools,
• Working with the production technical team and R&D team to follow up all molds in line with targets, KPIs and milestones set by project team for series production,
• Excellent 2D/3D CAD skills (preferably Creo),
• Plastics Injection Tools Periodic Maintenance Plan and timely completion tracking,
• An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and motivate teams and work cross functionally, in agile environment,
• Well organised and delivery focused with a demonstrable track record of on-time and on target delivery in a high pressure environments,
• Willing and able to travel within Turkey,EU and Worldwide as required.
