GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Electronics Engineering),
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills,
• High analytical thinking, monitoring and planning skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensuring continuity of documents in line with the standards of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 27001),
• Keeping quality documents on Quality Document Management Software and ensuring that they are up-to-date,
• Making plans and conducting necessary work for internal and external inspections,
• Examining processes and reporting them as an internal inspector,
• Managing corrective and preventive activities according to the result of inspections,
• Attending meetings about improvements and preparing reports,
• Giving trainings to raise awareness about quality processes,
• Managing meetings about monitoring KPI’s & PPI’s, reporting meetings to the Management, and ensuring that the outcomes are implemented,
• Attending Strategical Planning activities,
• Conducting surveys to evaluate stakeholder satisfaction, analyzing and reporting the surveys,
• Taking a part in structuring EFQM Excellence Model.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
