QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines,
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and create algorithms,
· Excellent project management skills,
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
· Being a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
· Basic mathematical arithmetic skills,
· In-depth understanding and research ability of industry trends and conditions,
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English,
· Basic coding knowledge and PBI knowledge will be preferred,
· No travel restriction,

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Coordinating the Quality Control activities to ensure that the products produced comply with customer requests, technical specifications, and process specifications.
· To provide information flow with other departments within the scope of Quality Control activities.
· To accompany the audits and manage the action processes of the problems identified in the audits.
· To manage the solution processes for customer complaints by working in coordination with Customer Support, R&D, Production, and other necessary units.
· To carry out studies that will ensure the continuous improvement of efficiency in Quality Control activities.
· Monitoring and analysing quality performance while improving existing system,
· Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met,
· Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
· Manage and/or do FMEA, Kaizen, 6Sigma and Poka Yoke studies to ensure preventive actions for problems,
· Take part within organizing in-departmental trainings of quality personnel,
· To ensure that department activities are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and 27001 Management Systems.
