QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Customer Quality Engineer" with the following qualifications to be assigned in theQuality Management Department of our Group, one of the largest in Europe and Turkey's leader in its sector.
- Graduated from Chemical / Metallurgical and Materials / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
- Fluent in English, German is a plus,
- Preferably with quality experience in the automotive industry,
- Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 Quality Management System,
- Knowledge of quality tools (eg. FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, 5 Reasons),
- Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques,
- Customer focused and good communication skills,
- Team player in an international and dynamic working environment,
- No barriers to domestic-international travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contacting with customers on quality issues, evaluating and finalizing customer complaints for the related customer group,
- To ensure that all quality requirements are known, implemented and developed both in production factories and in contacts with customers,
- Playing an active role at every stage of customer audits,
- Supporting new product launch processes,
- Carrying out internal audit activities and ensuring the follow-up of actions.
