QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- Knowledge of German is preferred,
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Sector as a Quality Engineer,
- Experience in working with the understanding of: PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC,
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and VDA6.3 auditing experience,
- Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques,
- Preferably IATF Internal and VDA 6.Auditor certificate,
- Critical observation skills, analytical skills, decision-making and management skills in critical conditions,
- Customer focused and good communication skills.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
