GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS:

Research Fellow with Phd Degree-Vestel Home Appliances

Vestel is searching for scientists to be employed at Vestel Headquarters at Manisa OSB. Successful candidate will be a part of Vestel Home Appliances R&D Center.

• A graduate degree in Engineering fields (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering etc.)or basic science fields (Physics, Chemistry etc.),

• Research and Development experience in at least one of these areas,

o Fluid Dynamics and CFD Analysis

o Thermodynamics

o Cad modeling and Structural Analysis

o Dynamic/Modal/Acoustic/Vibration Analysis and research

o Topological Optimization and new production methods

o Advanced/Innovative/Bio-based Materials and/or Surface Coverings

o Sensor Technologies

• Have knowledge about new product development process and project management activities,

• To be good at Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Negotiation and Decision Making,

• Have knowledge about sustainability,

• Proficiency in conducting research into state of the art in one of the above mentioned scientific fields, writing research grants, preferably experienced in national and European research funding programs,

• Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing concepts, tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English,

• Have outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, and be a strong team player,

• To be good at Office programs. Using Excel in advanced level is a plus,

• No travel restriction,

• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Researching in order to find solutions to current problems/project ideas,

• Being a part of various innovative projects,

• Working closely with domain experts,

• Developing proof of concept solutions to research problems,

• Generating high quality proposals, publications and/or patents at national and international levels.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
