General Mission:
- Contribute to the industrialization of new projects by specifying assembly processes .
Action Perimeter:
- All vehicles in the range concerned
- All the transformations associated with the range of vehicles
- All manufacturing sites
Detailed Mission:
Creation and update of various documents:
- Create and update assembly ranges, dismantling instructions, quality control sheets
- Create and update BOMs (Bill Of Material) and configurators
- Ensure economic studies and the evaluation of means
- Define the manufacturing process and technical support for manufacturing
- Support the production of pre-series and the launch of each new product
- Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (quality, cost, deadlines, etc.)
- Fulfill purchase requests associated with new projects
- Participate in the resolution of assembly problems and optimization
Definition of needs and necessities
- Define the necessary budgets for the new manufacturing process
- Define the associated personal protective equipment
- Define, order and validate with the prototypes the new means of manufacture
Training
- Train operators in the manufacturing process and the use of documentation
Relations with Other Entities:
- Logistics, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Trade Services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from related engineering fields (Mechanical, industrial etc)
- Experience in Automotive sector on fields such as process design, product management or near fields
- Excellent level of English, French knowledge is an asset
- Innovative vision
- Strong communication skills, solution focused, ability of working as team
