Fater is an Italian company founded in 1958 by Francesco Angelini, since 1992 joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Angelini Group.
It manufactures and distributes the brand products ACE, Neoblanc and Comet in 39 countries in the Western European and Central Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa markets; in Italy it has been expanding the market of personal hygiene products since the late '60 and it now produces and sells brand products such as Pampers, LINES, LINES Specialist and Tampax.

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
· New graduate or max. 2 years of experience
General knowledge of various types of rotating equipment, piping systems, and mechanical equipment (pumps, relief devices, tanks, piping, etc.).
Ability to understand Process Flow Diagrams and P&IDs is required
Basic Mechanical &Electrical knowledge
· Fluency in both written and spoken in English
· High level of communication and interpersonal skills
· No military obligation for the male candidates
· Problem solving skills
· Having good time management skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Process Engineer is included in the Gebze Plant Team, located in Turkey to provide optimization, innovation and support to the production of ACE bleach in full synergy with the local Operation Team. In this role you will:
During project execution, play a major role in commissioning and training, and than owning the technology for the site
Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes
Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities
Use Reliability Engineering tools to drive defect handling and loss elimination
