Business skills requirements:

Possess certain procurement project management capabilities, understand and judge internal requirements, obtain necessary information such as requirements in a timely manner, maintain good communication with general suppliers, and be able to solve routine problems in the procurement implementation process under guidance. Have good organizational and communication skills, be able to promote and execute general procurement projects, have negotiation experience and skills in a general environment, be able to organize business negotiations with suppliers under the guidance, and achieve negotiation goals, and can prompt both parties to reach agreement and eliminate risks.

Professional knowledge requirements:

1. Have a basic understanding of the procurement process (such as supplier qualification, selection, etc.) and related business processes, and be able to implement the procurement process under guidance; understand certain marketing/Retail-related business knowledge; understand related laws, finances, taxation, finance, Knowledge of trade, etc., and can be used in actual procurement work.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Category and project procurement strategy: formulate general category and general project procurement strategies under guidance, and specifically implement general category and general project procurement strategies.
2. Supplier qualification and selection: organize supplier qualification and organize supplier selection for general projects.
3. Purchasing business and cost baselines: collect and maintain the procurement business and cost baselines of key categories, standardize the implementation of business operations under the framework of the procurement process, and standardize the management of procurement documents.
4. Guarantee of supplier resources: implement supplier resource guarantee measures for key categories under guidance, and arrange supplier resources in advance.
5. Routine management of suppliers: Participate in routine management of suppliers, organize supplier performance evaluation and communication, organize suppliers to sign relevant agreements, organize various meetings and trainings for suppliers.
6. Purchasing demand processing: Dealing with daily purchasing demands, and effectively supporting the timely delivery of projects through early participation in the project.
