QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist(Engineering background) with the following qualifications for our foreign trade company, which provides operations, consultancy and trade services in the fields of energy, industrial products, export and import;
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Evaluation of purchase requests from customers, planning of needs,
-Performing the procurement processes of technical parts, maintenance, repair and administrative works according to the needs of the departments,
-Following technical requests, technical purchasing, finding and developing alternative suppliers, researching alternative products, markets and suppliers
-Liaison between suppliers, manufacturers and relevant internal departments
-Monitoring the performance of the suppliers, evaluating the delivery performance of the suppliers, giving continuous feedback to the management, taking critical actions in case of any supply problem
-Produce weekly and monthly reports to management
-Supporting the Operation Department in Foreign Trade operations when needed(Shipment, Delivery, Customs Clearance, Warehouse Control)
-Supporting project design-contract work in accordance with sales offers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduated from Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering departments of universities
At least 3 years of experience in procurement and purchasing
Fluent in English
Prone to teamwork
Completed military service for male candidates
Experienced in domestic and international purchasing processes
No travel restrictions
Willing to work overtime when needed
Proficient in MS Office programs
Having a valid driver's license
