We are looking for 'Purchasing Specialist' for our growing Turkey organization.

The position will be located İstanbul and reporting directly Purchasing Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree of related department preferably Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering etc..
  • At least 3 years purchasing experience in multi-located company.
  • Excellent command in English (Knowledge of second language French or Arabic is a plus)
  • Having deep knowledge negotiation skill.
  • Strong Analytical thinking, communication and problem solving skills,
  • Good level of MS Office and SAP.
  • Competent in teamwork,
  • Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches,
  • Having strategic vision, analytical thinking, self control and people management/development skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee all purchase requests and evaluate all inventory and specifications and maintain stock of all equipment and prepare all contract billing.
  • Analyse all samples and drawing data to perform all calculations for all area and coordinate with various vendors and maintain professional relationships with all vendors to design optimal pricing for all material.
  • Monitor all control costs of purchase materials and ensure achievement of all targets.
  • Design and implement various cost effective strategies and evaluate all purchase requisitions and maintain accuracy according to Saica purchase procedures.
  • Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
  • Evaluating products and suppliers according to key performance indicator
  • Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
  • Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
  • Analysing sector and demand, market trends.
  • Management with the development and implementation of Saica sourcing strategies.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
