QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor degree,

· Fluency in spoken English

· Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing management

· Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills,

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and set deadlines,

· SAP Knowledge is a plus,

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Manage/execute the purchasing function with the objectives of improving quality, cost and delivery performance,

· Purchase both direct and indirect materials

· Prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications,

· Develop plans and projects to reduce costs and create savings,

· Negotiate prices for the packaging materials according to shortage, payment conditions, delivery options as per the market dynamics and operation challenges,

· Establish and maintain measurable performance metrics for all levels of purchasing activities,

· Complete vendor or product analysis when sourcing new products or looking for alternatives,

· Manage overall 3rd Party relationships to ensure packaging material suppliers, product supply, increased process efficiencies and best practices,

· Having active role in all purchasing processes of general services, marketing and technical requirements, in line with the procurement procedure,

· Manage all purchasing process in SAP.
