QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DELTA KOZMETİK, which was established in 1953 andexports to USA, manufactures personal care, baby care and household cleaning products in it’s own production facilities of 28.000 m2 in Istanbul Industry and Trade Free Zone / Tuzla.
We are looking for competent candidates to work as a“Product Development Engineer” in our Maslak Office.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering,
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position,
- Proficient application of the core project management tools/principles and industry best practices for project management expertise,
- Good communication skills in English both written and spoken,
- Proficiency in MS Office programs,
- Strong coordination ability, open to innovation and learning, prone to teamwork,
- Effective reporting skills and successful in time management.
Our office is next to Maslak Metro Station.
Office hours: 08:30 AM – 18:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To make cost analyzes for the product, to direct the technical group about price and supply about the product for new projects,
- To determine the materials to be used for the products that are planned to be newly developed and designed,
- To follow up the design and R&D studies and to support production,
- Approving and following the new material flow,
- To carry out the necessary laboratory and field tests while the product is at the prototype stage,
- To carry out works to increase quality and reduce costs and to analyze field problems,
- Interpreting customer requests,
- To carry out feasibility, cost and concept studies related to the product in new projects,
- To examine similar competitor products in the market in terms of features, technique and cost,
- Developing a new strategy and to take quick action against developments.
