GENEL NİTELİKLER

• University degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Contribute to a high performing motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal communication and cooperative skils and a can-do attitude.
• Ability of negotiation and conflict solution skills
• Ability to work in a team and cross functions
• Multi-tasking, prioritizing and ability to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• No military obligations for male candidates

YETKİNLİKLER

• Responsible of new product launch project studies and product approval process
• Ensuring the project is carried out with an expected quality
• Carry out improvement studies in related processes
• Daily management of the Project
• Follow up product life cycle
• Follow up changing needs of business
• Managing Project reporting
• Supplying all related data for product in new projects and managing product data.
• Creating product specification for factory packaging process.
