University graduate, preferably from Textile/Industry Engineering or Administration sciences,
Minimum 7 years experience,
Strong sense of fashion, economy and business trends,

High attention to detail and accuracy,
Well organized and strong daily follow up skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills,
Excellent command of English,
Contrubuting to creating category strategy based on brand strategy,
Budgeting, pricing and providing profit maximization with the support of planners by analyzing sales, customer insight, competitors and market datas,
Creating Range Plan and working closely with design team in order to develop new items and collections, by analysing customer and by following other brands and new trends,
Working with category team and cross-functional working groups to achieve a high-level of performance, integration and consistency in procurement across the category,
Preparing category communication brief for marketing team, to identify category role, strategy and promotional activities and to define marketing activities,
Supporting Visual Merchandising team for store solutions and visual displays,
Being responsible for forecasting process to ensure the sustainability of inventory,
Seasonal management, deciding immediate actions such as unplanned promo and marketing activities,
Monitoring the campaign whether it is working and inform the upper management about the incomes.
