To have an overall marketing and consumer approach and vision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English Fluent both written and spoken
Familiar with cooperation and teamwork
Good level of MS Office Applications, especially strong excel usage
Minimum 3-4 years of experience of product management preferably in retail sector
To support the Category Manager for developing and implementing sales & profitability objectives, plans and programmes
To monitor and check sales-stock levels weekly, give suggestion of actions to take such as markdown/pullback/repeat order/campaign/visual change
To define first allocation plans and store contribution
To follow-up sales performance, new launches sales trend, promotion results and make specific business analysis to support Category Manager and Brand Director job as forecast and buying planning for new season and annual budget and revised budget,
To support the Category Manager in preparing the new collection or new products brief and support the product development process,
To support the CM to prepare the seasonal marketing and promotional plan
To establish an effective product management process with the contribution of the others departments
