QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a global world leading company in Industrial Automation and Mechatronics. For further growth of our Global Sourcing Hub, we are looking for qualified and experienced professionals in Istanbul and/or Izmir.

The candidate will be trained in cooperation with HQ Germany to fulfil the following tasks and projects in the position as Product Owner Support in the Global Sourcing Hub in Turkey at its best.

Tasks:

  • 1st and 2nd Level Support in a Service Desk
  • Enhance training documents for the module of SAP Ariba Buying/ Guided Buying and train end users
  • Monitoring and supporting internal customer issues with error messages and general functional questions and requests
  • Setting up new users
  • Very good understanding of the technical set up and functional process in order to forward errors/ requests to the corresponding department for further support (3rd tier communication)
  • Identify potentials for further optimization of the Purchase-to-Order process in SAP Ariba Buying and Guided Buying
  • Potential visits to HQ and the relevant Global Production Centers for cooperation

Requirements:

  • Very good verbal and written English and German skills strongly required
  • University degree in Business Administration or other related background
  • Min. 2 years of experience in indirect purchasing processes
  • IT affinity: Knowledge E-Procurement-Tools, preferably SAP Ariba Buying and Guided Buying
  • Procure to order (P2O) process of know-how
  • Strong ability to work independently, self-management, hardworking, positive minded, open for training
  • Experience in working for support desk for a big company is beneficial
  • Team player
  • Very good communication skills esp. in an international environment – very high frequent internal communication
  • Available to work remotely / home office
  • Military service completed for male candidates
