RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requires ‘'University Degree'', Engineering degree is preferred,
- Must have work experience min. 2 years,
- Must have experience in a purchasing automotive supplier environment,
- Experienced at Legal aspects and contracts of purchasing,
- Good PC and main frame computer skills,
- Requires fluency in English, both oral and written,
- Time management skills required for planning and organizing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Collect estimate and full RFQ from suppliers,
- Ensure timely response to E-Cost tracker (eCT) and eCT cost analysis done correctly, (Duties/piece prices)
- Start tool kickoff and open tool purchase order to suppliers,
- Release purchase order components for prototypes, samples and PPAP purposes,
- Responsible for any and all follow-up required to assure on-time delivery of quality parts,
- Responsible for update and maintain all purchasing parameters in ERP system,
- Follow-up product launches & level changes,
- Coordinate SMOI items together with planners and Project Managers,
- To operate and maintain all programs, systems, and objectives as defined by the facility quality policy and espousing our Gates Quality Commitment.
