Your role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our team as part of Product Management Operation. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and is located in Gebze, Turkey.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and following up the annual sales budget.
- Preparing, checking, and revising price lists.
- Analyzing product's and spare parts' profit and cost and monitoring product sales performance.
- Recording stock card of the products and spare parts on the system and keep them up to date. Checking and revising the up-to-date of the stock cards on the local ERP system, ensuring the tracking and control of all transactions required for stock integration via SAP, ensuring that the local ERP - SAP stock code is matched,
- Supporting the decisions to be taken regarding the product range.
- Controlling and following up to date of product information in printed documents, online and on the website.
- Checking the products newly added to the product range in terms of visual design and documentation during the first arrival,
- Sharing the necessary information, documents, visuals, and technical information with other departments regarding the changes in the product range and to ensuring business continuity.
- Obtaining CE certificate, test reports, etc., which must be obtained from suppliers and sharing the documents with the related parties.
- Obtaining technical details and design information about the products, preparing training presentations and giving trainings.
- Preparing reports requested by the local/global management.
- Monitoring and controlling supplier prices.
You're Profile:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline
- 2-3 years of product management experience
- Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must, other languages are a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Proactively drive for results and strong can-do attitude
- Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication
