Your role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our team as part of ProductionOperation. This position reports to the Production Manager and is located in Manisa, Turkey.

Main Responsibilities:

Continuous monitoring of the production process, ensuring the production of products of the desired quality, and planning and monitoring the actions for the solution of the deviations that arise in this process,

Organize the workforce,

Take the necessary precautions for the production in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety rules and sharing them with the shift leaders,

Participate in the necessary layout works together with the technical department, contribute and after commissioning inform the shift leaders,

Monitor critical indicators (efficiency, scrap, OEE, etc.) in the assembly process and create and implement action plans in case of possible deviations,

Working in harmony with shift leaders,

Make action plans for the losses (downtime, scrap,..) that experienced in production, to put them into use and to control their continuity by standardizing,

Preparing and following up the A3 and 8D forms related to quality problems and standardizing the actions taken,

Take an active role for new product, process and machine commissioning studies,

Examining the reasons for product blockages and standardizing the necessary actions after commissioning,

Increase production efficiency and take part in cost improvement projects,

Organize the maintenance of the molds in the assembly line together with the technical department in a way that will not risk the production, lead the necessary improvements,

Working in harmony with the maintenance department in organizing machine and equipment maintenance,

Establish and closely follow the production sequence in assembly according to the published production plan,

Create supportive production plans for a timely product shipments

You're Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Minimum 3 years of experience in production, production planning, preferably multinational companies in a production environment in white goods or automotive industry management experience
Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must, other languages are a plus
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Proactively drive for results and strong can-do attitude
Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication
