For our plant in Gebze we are searching for new ambitious candidates:
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Engineering,
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry or at a relevant position in production environment,
- Knowledge in injection molding production process,
- Fluency in both spoken and written English,
- Demonstrates problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
- Strong communication skills, ability to work cooperatively with a sense of ownership
- Qualified knowledge and practical experience in MS-Office applications,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli - Gebze.
Job Description;
- Supervise & motivate manufacturing team members, follow-up of productivity,
- Execute workplace organization, standardization of work, process & workflow, improvements, update visual management,
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, carrying out necessary studies to ensure efficiency, elimination of waste and scraps,
- Reporting daily production plan, productivity & bottleneck analyses and other KPI’s
- Analysis & identify workplace requirements in line with company vision,
- Ensuring the application of occupational health and safety standards.
