QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the production team to produce the expected quality, quantity and at the planned time and with the lowest costs in according to production schedules and work orders,reporting to facility managers,
- Supporting of implementation activities about production in capex projects, (Layouts, Functional Descriptions, Process Design, Project Schedule, etc.), works in coordination with the project department
- Controlling, reporting and monitoring of all production budgets
- İnforms the Crushing, Refinery and Bottling Chiefs by determining the annual and monthly production targets and other details according to the annual production plans.
- In extraordinary condition, can decide to stop or change production. However, immediately informs the Plant Manager of the situation along with the reasons
- Provides technical direction to production team members, selects solution method to solve problems and make recommendations, Participate in necessary coordination and activities to find solutions to technical problems encountered in the plant,
- works to increase production and reduce costs. Puts in practice the approved studies in this purpose,
- ensures use of optimum energy, take measures to reduce energy use,
- determine malfunctioning machines, and informs the Factory Manager for maintenance and renewal, together with the Project & maintenance Team
- It reviews the target and actual result related to production budgets with the Finance Department,
- Food, environment - occupational safety and energy management related issues to report to the Team Leader,
- Working in line with food, environmental safety and energy policy and targets, contributing to energy efficiency studies,
- Review, maintain and update production related documentation as necessary to ensure its accuracy and to meet production governance requirements,
- Assist in determining project objectives to contribute to the development of comprehensive project design, ensure optimized cost-effectiveness, integration/alignment with standardized solutions in place elsewhere within Bunge, etc
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- University degree from the related field of study.( Preferably graduated engineering departments,)
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Min 7-15 year experience in food or chemical industries in similar position,
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP,
- Problem solving skills, planning and organization as well as analytical thinking capability,
- Having information regarding OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, 5001, FSSC 22000 will be a plus
