QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Food or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in same field.
- Experienced in team management.
- Time management skills, strong planning, organizational and coordination skills.
- Good command of food legislation, knowledge of GMP subjects.
- Experienced in planning and reporting.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Having a systematic and result-oriented approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working with tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to build relationships in a multi-cultural environment
- Good command of MS Office programs.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Valid driving license and active driver.
- Able to work in our Factory in Kapaklı- Tekirdağ region
JOB DESCRİPTİON
- Assisting the Factory Manager to realize and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in order to ensure the most efficient use of factory production capacity (workforce, machinery, equipment).
- Assisting the Factory Manager with the improvement of operating activities.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to synchronize all departments under production (Quality, Production, Technical, Production Planning, and Warehouses).
- Assisting the Factory Manager of planning manpower, equipment procurement, and all department activities.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to manage staff.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to make the necessary work and plans to increase efficiency.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to execute effectively to meet the cost and quality targets set in accordance with the production plan.
- Assisting the Factory Manager of organizing purchasing the raw material and material needs for production.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to produce in accordance with workplace procedures and legal specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to manage all existing quality management.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to carry out corrective-preventive actions for customers’ complaints.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to make monthly standard reports.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to follow up the usage and maintenance processes of all the machines in the production areas, and to carry out all related issues and solutions in case of failure.
- Assisting the Factory Manager to ensure general operations and business order.
- Providing necessary training to employees.
- Acting as a proxy on behalf of the Factory Manager during his/her absence.
