QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Industrial Engineering
- Willing to be developed in Production Planning area
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Living in Kocaeli or Sakarya is must.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Production Control Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be Production Planning.
- Analyze & identify plant capacity guide including work calender and line speed
- Long term (annual) production planning inline with market forecast
- Short term (monthly) production planning based on actual market demand
- New model production start & old model end planning
- Fact finding for abnormalities and take countermeasures
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) & develop improvement plans.
