QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Production Supervisor;
- Graduate from Engineering faculties of universities (Chemichal Engineer, Chemist, Pharmacist),
- Proven industry experience in aseptic production methods in a pharmaceutical environment with a track-record of implementing new technologies into GMP manufacture,
- Minimum production experienced in Pharma İndustry (Aseptic) for 5 years,
- Extensive experience GMP production experience and an understanding of the required regulatory standards for the production of Aseptic pharmaceutical products,
- Fluent English knowledge is must,
- Experience in ERP systems,
- Good analytical and problem solving skills for a sustainable and powerful relationship with stakeholders,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good at human relations,
- Able to travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
- Leading day to day aseptic processing of pharmaceutical products by supporting the development of new processing techniques,
- Providing technical support to production staff involved in the aseptic processes, troubleshooting and supporting process investigations where required,
- As the Aseptic Production Supervisor, you will ensure the production area operates to a high standard and is compliant with GMP and other regulatory standards,
- Support the Functional Manager to encourage strategic and technological improvements to aseptic processing control.
