QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

WYG Türkiye is looking for a Project Assistant to be located in project office in Ankara. The following qualifications are sought for the applicants/candidates of the position:

· University degree from a reputable university,

· At least 1 years of experience in EU-funded projects will be a strong asset,

· Previous experience as a project assistant will be a strong asset,

· Good knowledge of MS Office,

· Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish (written and spoken),

· Turkish-English / English-Turkish translation capabilities,.

· Having high level of communication skills both verbal and written,

· Being flexible in working hours and have no travel restrictions,

· No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Assisting in organization of meetings, preparation of meeting agendas with input from key Project staff;

· Preparing of meeting minutes;

· Assisting in distribution, delivery and delivery confirmation of meeting minutes and Project technical and financial reports;

· Formatting of reports (outputs, meeting minutes, progress reports etc.);

· Organizing and assistance in travel and accommodation arrangements of the team;

· Project filing and archiving;

· Collecting documentation from experts on a regular basis; i.e. setting up a system so the experts know what and when to submit documents to be filed and where to find them again;

· Technical and administrative support in connection with the international and local experts working for the Project (e.g. IT support, accommodation support organisation of transportation, typing to a certain extent, etc.);

· Administration of all general Project correspondence;

· Tracking, scheduling, quality control and administration of official Project reporting (inception, progress, final and other relevant reports);

· Collecting mission reports and timesheets from Project staff;

· Responsible for implementation of daily routine activities;

· Responsible for communication of daily routine with all parties;

· Tracking of invoices regarding project;

· Preparation and submission of VAT exemption dossier;

· Submission of “Project Management Tracking Tables” to the Project Manager according to deadlines.
