QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As Mutlu Metal, with more than 40 years of experience, we offer solution partnerships to our customers in all processes from design to production.
Mutlu Metal exports 85% of its products and serve sectors such as Cookware, White Goods and Marine.
We are looking for a project engineer with the following qualifications;
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines,
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role ,(Automotive and Metal industry experience is preferred)
- Preferably experience in preparing proposals having strict deadlines and excellent coordination negotiation and presentation skills,
- Good ability to technical drawing reading, understanding and interpretation skills,
- Good ability to use 2D&3D CAD modeling software,
- PMP knowledge is an asset,
- Good at MS Office and MS Project applications,
- Good command of English both verbal and written,
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
- Self-motivated, teamwork, flexibility and self-learning,
- Action oriented, attention to details, commitment to excellence,
- Analytical mind-set with ability to keep resilient and focused approach in high stress conditions,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- No obstacle for domestic and international traveling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Succesfull candidate will support Project Manager about the topics written below;
- Support all activities to prepare project cost files including BOM lists, process plans, tooling etc.
- To carry out related tasks during the new product commissioning process ,
- Support all processes related to Lean Production activities during pre-serial process ,
- Support related tasks to manage the project in line with the targets and time schedule planned,
- To support to the feasibility and customer meetings, and to present the project activity visually,
- To ensure that the products requested by the customers are being transformed to the technical drawings according to the specifications,
- To make final control of the parts that are designed and produced, and to inform the related divisions about the necessary revisions,
- To meet the stakeholder demands and expectations completely and on time according to the continuous improvement principle,
- To use all the modules related to its department in the CANIAS program in a complete and efficient manner.
